The services we offer included in our monthly fee are:
- Your representative in Spain with a direct number and dedicated E-mail address to contact us.
- We will ensure that your property is safe and well kept whilst it is vacant.
- A secure key holding facility.
- 24h emergency contact number.
- 24h contact number for the alarm company. (a call out fee may apply)
- The monthly maintenance fee is to include a weekly and after inclement weather checks of the following:
- Inspection and security check of gates, doors, windows, locks and the alarm system.
- Checking all the plumbing system. (run all the taps, flush all the toilets, check for leaks)
- Air the whole property, check the electrical points and lighting, TV’s, satellite signal.(if applicable)
- Emergency call out and repairs (cost of actual repair is additional) Check the pool, Jacuzzi and garden area and turn on the heating system of them for your arrival, (if applicable) regular checks for pests and Vermin with a recommendation for remedial action. Collection of your mail, and it can be arranged to be forwarded to you. And we will e-mail you a weekly report.
- Since we are an established Design, refurbishment, and construction company with our own in house team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, etc. we can take immediate action of any problems that might arise.
We also offer other services not included in the monthly fee, such as:
- Domestic help, cleaners, gardener, pool and Jacuzzi maintenance
- Emergency call out service
- Laundry and dry cleaning
- Pre visit preparations, such as groceries, shopping, pre arrival cleaning requirements
- We can arrange a thorough cleaning and closing down of the property for you after your departure. We can also greet your rental clients and give them the key and show them the house, and check the apartment on their departure and close down the property.
